CT – Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
Regarding the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LKSG), in 2021 we formed another overarching group consisting of participants from the Environment & Compliance, Law and Quality Management teams to address the tasks resulting from the due diligence obligations.
Even though only companies with more than 3,000 employees will be addressed from January 1, 2023, it is clear that the obligations will be cascaded along the supply chains and that SMEs will also be required to provide the relevant information and implement the due diligence obligations.
